Get to Know Our Doctor

Dr. Hailey Eckstein grew up on a dairy farm in the small town of Larsen, WI. She graduated in 2015 from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a bachelor's degree in Human Biology. She then pursued her doctorate degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic- Davenport, IA where she graduated in 2019 with academic honors. 

During her time at Palmer she was part of the Palmer Women's Rugby Program as well as the Troxell Intern Program. When she wasn't playing rugby or studying for exams, she spent most of her time out at the the intern program, under the direction of two amazing Gonstead chiropractors- Dr. Joshua Lawlor and Dr. Brittany Sedar. Out there she was busy teaching classes, attending seminars and assisting in a busy chiropractic office. She has also attended many additional hours of instruction through the Gonstead Methodology Institute to better her skills. 

For about a year, Dr. Hailey worked as a chiropractor in two established offices, covering while the doctors were out on leave. Aside from seeing patients she also continued to attend seminars furthering her knowledge in the Gonstead system.

During her down time, Dr. Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as enjoying the outdoors. She loves staying active by participating in local volleyball leagues, working out, mountain biking, hiking and fishing. You might even see her riding her motorcycle around town. Dr. Hailey is eager and excited to serve the community of Saint Edward and the surrounding area through specific chiropractic care at Valley Creek Chiropractic, LLC.
